Delivery locations

Eligible orders may be delivered to the Flameback Capital office or to a serviceable employee address in India. The recipient is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number.

Processing and estimated delivery

• Orders are normally processed after credit and payment verification.
• Delivery generally takes 5–7 working days after dispatch. Customised items, remote locations, weather, holidays and carrier disruptions may require additional time.
• Where available, tracking information is shared after dispatch.
• Any applicable delivery charge is shown before order confirmation.
