Information we collect

• Employee name, work email, eligibility and credit balance supplied for administering the rewards programme.
• Recipient name, phone number and delivery address provided when placing an order.
• Order details, payment status and transaction references required for fulfilment, reconciliation, refunds and support.
• Security and access records used to protect the store. One-time verification codes and session tokens are stored only in hashed form.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to verify eligibility, manage credits, process orders, provide support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve store operations.

Necessary information may be shared with Flameback Capital for programme administration, Cashfree for payment processing, delivery partners for fulfilment, and service providers supporting the store. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials.

Retention, security and requests

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the rewards programme, order fulfilment, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect it.
